BoneFoam is an innovator in surgical positioning systems, aimed at improving patient positioning during surgeries and moving away from outdated methods. We collaborated with BoneFoam to revitalize the brand and broaden its scope beyond trauma surgery. However, the existing brand was outdated, making it challenging for users to navigate the product portfolio, and the messaging failed to highlight the value of BoneFoam systems for surgical safety, access, ergonomics, and efficiency.

The team streamlined the extensive portfolio of over 150 products into a focused strategy centered around surgical procedures. Each system was given a narrative that highlighted the key issues and the effective solutions that BoneFoam provides. The rebranding included a new identity system, an updated website, revitalized tradeshow materials, enhanced social media presence, informative white papers, and improved email marketing. Furthermore, the direct-to-consumer strategy was revamped, leading to a significant increase in sales through a new Amazon presence.
